Cannot put ring on Magnus. Help please

I am using an iPad seventh generation with iPadOS 14.7.1. Overall, the touchscreen sensitivity is poor. And that’s putting it mildly.

More specifically, in Chapter 6 the Town Square, I completed using the horseshoe and continued until I received the stable door knocker and opened the door but I had not used Magnus’s ring to receive the cage. Now, no matter how I try the ring will not work so I’m stuck. Also in the process I used the Dragon Scroll. I don’t know if this matters or not. I started over with another profile and might continue intermittently to get back to where I was. I don’t know. But any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Domini has great ideas and graphics. You need two things. New, original ideas and QA, QA, QA.

Bug in bonus chapter
Have thoroughly enjoyed the game, until playing the bonus chapter. I have the code for the (tower?) door - Visardio - but it will not let me do the game to unlock it Thank you for the update it now works perfectly. A very enjoyable game, keep up the great work
Found a glitch
I was playing just fine until I reached the town square. The game will not allow me to place Magnus’s Ring on the statue. I’ve checked the strategy guide to see if there was anything else to do and there isn’t. After that, I did some troubleshooting and am coming up with the same issue. I’m on an iPad Pro 2020.

Update didn't work-still stuck
I'd say I'm 85% through the game and it won't let me go any further, even with the most recent update. It won't let me put the ring on the Kings finger.
This is the third Domini game that has glitched like this in recent months and I'm tired of having to reset and start over.

I can FINALLY finish the game!
I had issues with not being able to progress with the game. I reloaded it today on a whim. It was worth the wait. I enjoyed the story line. The art work is gorgeous and it was an nice way to spend part of an afternoon. I like having a NEW story and not just a reworked fairy tale. Thank you. I am glad I kept coming back to see if would work for me.

Glitch fixed with latest update, thank you. I was able to finish this entertaining game with stunning graphics. My rating was changed to 4 stars.
I can’t move on. Ive pounded the bell sign 100’s times to scare the crows and nothing happens. Ive deleted and replayed 3 times and all 3 reloads I end up at the same place where I can’t get thread or the broken emblem to move on because of this glitch. Please fix...i am playing on iPad Pro 12.9” 2020, have latest iOS software installed.

Issues again
I mentioned an issue with the game with the bell for the birds. This has now worked for me but now I cannot place the ring on Magnus hand. Either sort this or I want a refund.

You aren’t going to be happy!
Thank you for the update in which the crows can be scared off, but when we get to the cave by the lighthouse: the game placing the diamonds in right order has the last jewel behind the start over circle on the right. This says the format is still off!

Glitched again.
Ran into the ring glitch, waited for the fix reloaded the game and now it won’t ring the bell to scare the birds. Very frustrating ! Would not have bought had I known there would be so many bugs.
99 Problems
This game has so many issues! First the screen too big to see instructions on puzzles, cannot put the ring on Magnus finger. I updated game and it did not fix the problem and cannot proceed so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now the birds don’t fly away when you ring the bell! I took a screenshot and contacted customer support but have not heard back. It’s very frustrating which is not what I want from a game. Wish I had passed on buying this one.

Crows
Can’t get past the part where you have to ring the bell to chase the crows away to pick up items needed . The bell rings but the crows don’t fly away. If you hit the hint button it keeps taking you back to the crows. Since I can’t go any further I’ll just delete the game, glad it happened before I had to pay to unlock it.
