“Unexpected Error”
I have tried three different phone numbers and three different emails to log in. My wife and daughter have also tried. An “unexpected error” message pops up every time. Unfortunately these credentials are mandatory before even getting to the basic church info to contact someone for help.
Too invasive
I have changed my rating to a 5 because I believe that anyone, any company, or any app that is trying to enable the spreading of the gospel should be encouraged and highly rated. But still, please consider removing the requirement of entering your phone number to participate in the use of the app. I am happy to give my phone number and email directly to my physical church (obviously), but I do not feel comfortable being required to enter both my email and my cell number to get access to any app. Please consider removing the phone requirement - make it optional.
