VPN connects almost instantly and seamlessly at work guest WiFi.
Struggles and almost never connects on home WiFi even sitting next to WiFi antenna with a strong signal! Frustrating. This is a new phenomena; previously connected with ease on home WiFi, not anymore.

What's happening
I've been using this app forever. Now we have a problem. Please put out an update so it will work with the new apple updates. I had to call apple (which I hate) to figure out why my internet and wifi quit working. I'm now paying for a service I can no longer use. Please fix respectful of course

Worked on ipad but not on iPhone and it won’t connect. Have follow help prompts and internet help. Reinstalled, rebooted. Such a bummer to pay for something that wastes time and adds frustration.

Easy and Secure
I’ve used Encrypt.me for the last 3 years on all my mobile devices and it’s easy to manage networks and even to reinstall in the rare incident that an iOS update uninstalls it. Honestly, the most complicated component is remembering to open it to check settings when you join a new network!
Lack of updates = broken
The last update was a year ago. Is the company still in business? The app no longer works and i dont know if its worth waiting for an update.

It’s nice to know that I didn’t have a working VPN for who knows how long because the certificate was expired and it couldn’t be bothered to tell me to update it. Very poor UX.
Used to Work
I really liked this VPN until a few days ago. Now I can’t get it to work at all. My account says I don’t have access. I e mailed for help but no joy. I just renewed. Seems as if I am out about $100.

Update 2/22/18. I’m looking for another product. While I appreciate the pricing model, it’s almost to the point of unusability. I’m not sure if it’s an increasing amount of providers that no longer allow VPN pass through or a problem with the app itself. Going to try another app and see if that is the case. ——— I love this product. My main concern is securing against evil twin and insecure access points and the low cost per month for light usage is the main selling point. I rarely even use the amount of data they allow me every month. It's there if I need it. It is a bit quirky at times (I try and disable it and it tries to reestablish its own connection) but I can live with that.

Love this VPN
I used this VPN while traveling in Europe. I felt safe using it. It may be not be the top VPN but it’s serviceable

Easy to use, simple instructions and high security.
Intermittently Functional
Great when it works, but often fails to connect. Support is pleasant and generally responds within 24 hours, but troubleshooting steps are time-consuming and often do not work. One phone on our family plan will have its VPN enabled no problem, while another will fail to connect to the same network with an error message that doesn’t seem to be useful to support- they just recommend the same old generic troubleshooting steps. We need more robust functionality.

Connection is unreliable, Support contact not helpful
Don’t have high need for encryption (mostly on reliable networks), but when needed, it blocks connection and can’t ‘find’ servers, making it near useless.
App contact to support ‘can’t connect’ and assures will send report when next able to connect… but no evidence it ever happens. No readily available number to call for support.
Do not recommend use of this application.
