No option to create account

I download app. Clicked Open. It said enter email address and so I did. Then it wanted a password. There’s no option to create an account to set up a password. I figured you needed an email address to send the scan to but that’s not the case. This app is unusable.

Also, I figured out if you need to reduce pdf file size from 22,000kb to 123kb click print to pdf and select “Microsoft Print to PDF”.

Very fast!!!

Never had any problems with this app and it scans really fast. My company provides this app to us nurses in the field and its really helped us save a lot of time

HOW???

Nice app but! I don’t like the fact if you have a windows computer you can’t download this app. I’m not liking the fact that sometimes I have 80 plus pages to scan and I have to sit there and snap picture after picture 1 at a time. Do you realize how tedious this is ?! It’s ridiculous! So what or how can you resolve this problem? My company chose this app… I didn’t choose it! Any suggestions because I’m over it!! Seriously

Great

My work has us use this app to scan docs in the field. Its been working great so far.

Zero stars customer service

Small start-up. I contacted them through email multiple times as the website suggests if you are less than 10 providers-no response. Finally I just scheduled a demo-received multiple email reminders of demo only to receive a return email 1 hour before demo that it had been cancelled and they don’t offer a solo provider option. The only option was up to 10 providers-how did they know I wasn’t interested in that option? Long story short-I would NEVER trust my patient’s PHI to such a disorganized company.
