Hello, we're so sorry that you're having problems with sound in the app! We suspect that the virtual mute button is activated. You can check this (and turn it off) by following these steps: Swipe down from the top right corner of iPad screen to access Control Center > Tap on the "bell" icon and make sure the virtual mute button is in the off position > Return to the app and check for sound) -- If you’re still experiencing issues, please email us at support@originatorkids.com. If you purchased the lifetime subscription for Endless Learning Academy, you should be able to access it on your Apple TV too as long as you use the same Apple ID on you Apple TV that you used to make the original purchase. If you are still having this issue, please send us a note at support@originatorkids.com and we'll do our best to help you.
