The hint button is not working properly so fix it

It would help to have a hint section! Items are easily obtained but not sure where to use.
Stuck
The first 3 rooms are OK but then you hit a brick wall. Can’t figure anything else out and walkthrough not available. Can’t enjoy it if I can’t get any help getting to the next room.
Difficult and Exiting
This game does have difficulty to it just like many other escape games. But it is very fun.
How do you save?
Every time I get to another level then leave the app to do something else it makes me restart what do I need to do for my game to save?

Entertaining
This game is very entertaining. The fact that items collected in one room can be used in other rooms makes the player have to try to remember multiple situations at the same time.
Definitely a thinker
I like it. I got stuck a few times and a hint would have been nice but I like the game.
Frustrating
The game keeps freezing up on me, and when it does, I have to start all over! Puzzles are fun, but after freezing 3 times, I’m done. DELETE
Deleted the game
Freezes quite often then takes the game back to first room without saving progress. Frustrating

This was so intense. My hubby and I worked on it and I just finished. Over an hour of fun and challenge. He is still working on his.
Review before finished
They want a review before you are through in order to get a hint when you are stuck! Seriously!?!? I call it stupid, therefore game will be deleted!
