About
Endolune is a daily diary made for women living with endometriosis — or trying to make sense of pain and digestive trouble that follow their cycle.
Every day, in 30 seconds: your pain level and where it hurts, your symptoms, your period and flow, your digestive discomfort and the high-FODMAP foods you ate, what you took or what brought relief, and a free note if you want one.
WHAT YOU GET
• A clear history: a monthly calendar coloured by pain level, with period days and a monthly summary.
• Trends over 14, 30 or 90 days: average pain, high-pain days, most frequent symptom, digestion curve.
• Your cycle: last period, average length, and an estimate of the next one once two cycles are logged.
• Suspect foods: Endolune spots the foods linked to noticeably worse digestion on the days you eat them.
• A report for your doctor: a one-page PDF (summary, cycle, food, day-by-day chart, daily details) to share or print before an appointment.
• A daily reminder at the time you choose.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
No ads, no tracking, no selling. Your entries are visible to you only. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the app.
Available in English and French.
Endolune is a personal tracking tool: it does not diagnose and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional. Cycle estimates are indicative only.
