Profiting off Desperation.

Hi Jules, We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed when you discovered Endo45 requires a subscription. We understand how difficult living with endometriosis can be, and recognise that affordability is an important consideration, particularly for those already facing significant healthcare costs. I founded Endo45 after my own lived experience with severe endometriosis, with the goal of giving others access to the trusted education, practical tools and ongoing support that can be so difficult to find within traditional healthcare. As an independent, purpose-driven business, the team and I have invested years of unpaid work and significant personal funds building Endo45, working with health professionals to develop tools that help people better understand their symptoms and manage their condition. Endo45 does not currently make a profit. Our subscription fees help cover the ongoing costs of maintaining and improving the platform so we can continue supporting our community. And should Endo45 become profitable in the future, our intention is to reinvest those profits into initiatives that create a meaningful, positive impact for the wider endometriosis community. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can explore the programme before deciding whether it’s right for you. We also recognise that more accessible support is needed and are continually exploring ways to make Endo45 available to more people. Our mission has always been to improve the lives of people living with endometriosis, and we remain deeply committed to that purpose. Warmly, Juliet Founder, Endo45

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you found the onboarding process overwhelming and weren’t able to get through it. Endo45 was designed to provide personalised support for people living with endometriosis. The initial questions help us understand your symptoms, health and lifestyle so we can calculate your EndoFit™ score and create a personalised programme tailored to your individual needs. However, we recognise that getting started should feel simple and supportive, not like another hurdle when you’re already managing a challenging condition. We really appreciate your feedback and are continually working to improve the onboarding experience, making it easier and faster for people to access the tools and support they need. We also understand that affordability is an important consideration. Endo45 offers a 7-day FREE trial so you can explore the programme and decide whether it’s right for you before committing to a subscription. If you’d be open to sharing more about your experience, please reach out to us at hello@endo45.co.nz. We’d love the opportunity to understand where you got stuck and help you get started. Warmly, Juliet, Founder Endo45

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We wholeheartedly agree that far too many women face significant barriers to accessing timely diagnosis, effective treatment and ongoing support for endometriosis. It is precisely these gaps in healthcare that inspired me to create Endo45. I founded Endo45 following my own experience with severe endometriosis, with the goal of giving others access to the trusted education, practical tools and ongoing support that can be so difficult to find within traditional healthcare. As an independent, purpose-driven business, we have invested years of work and significant personal funds into building Endo45, working with health professionals to develop tools that help people better understand their symptoms and manage their condition. Endo45 does not currently make a profit. Our subscription fees help cover the ongoing costs of maintaining and improving the platform so we can continue supporting our community. Should Endo45 become profitable in the future, our intention is to reinvest those profits into growing the platform and initiatives that create a meaningful, positive impact for the wider endometriosis community. We recognise that affordability is a genuine barrier for many people living with endometriosis. While we offer a 7-day free trial, we understand that this does not address the ongoing financial challenges many women face. Improving accessibility remains an important part of our mission, and we are actively exploring ways to make Endo45 available to more people, including through partnerships with healthcare organisations. Our mission has always been to improve the lives of people living with endometriosis, and we remain deeply committed to making meaningful support more accessible to the wider community. Warmly, Juliet Founder, Endo45
I can’t get through the beginning questions
Also, there are more reasons than menopause to no longer get your period. I had a hysterectomy, so I still go through the hormones every month, I just don’t have a period. But that’s not an option.
Added after response: I was able to get past the questions by making my devices font size smaller, unfortunately this also made my devices font size unreadable for me as I have a vision impairment. Upon increasing the font size again after getting past the questions there’s further similar accessibility issues. Basically this app is unfortunately difficult to access for those of us with vision impairments

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced. The issue with the Continue button not appearing is likely related to your phone's text size settings. Reducing the text size in your device settings should allow the full screen content, including navigation buttons, to appear properly. We’re always happy to help with this—please feel free to reach out to our support team directly if the issue continues. We also appreciate your thoughtful input about the hormone tracking options. You're absolutely right that there are many reasons someone might not have a period but still experience hormonal cycles, and we’re actively working to make our app more inclusive of different medical experiences like hysterectomy. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective - it really helps us improve. The Endo Team support@endo45.co.nz

Could be better
Endo45 has helped me!
The symptom tracking is clean and intuitive, and the Endo Fit Score keeps me motivated without feeling overwhelmed. Thanks to the app, I’ve been able to make practical changes that are genuinely helping me reduce my pain — and that means everything.
It’s not just helpful; it’s sustainable — and that’s what makes all the difference.
If you’re ready to take control of your endo journey and find what works for you, I highly recommend giving Endo45 a try!
Incredible App
Interesting app
Excellent and helpful overview
Great App
Having a bunch of resources all in one place is amazing and given they are not to long to read through but hold enough info to understand different aspects has been of great value.
The endofit score and health trends is a great tool to be able to look back especially on the harder days and see how far you have come and that you can feel better than what you are in that moment if you keep prioritising yourself & your body.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our intent is to provide educational content that offers a range of perspectives, and we emphasize that it should not be taken as medical advice.
