Great but updates need updating

I have used this app for months, maybe even a year, and it has been great. The only thing I can complain about is that two days ago there was an update. But when I went into the app, all my downloads were gone and the text spacing was off, which meant it was hard to read. I would really appreciate it if I could at least get a notification that there is an update, or even better, have the update automatically done. And if it is possible to fix the downloads disappearing and the text spacing that would be great too. Thank you for the work that you put into this app, it really is amazing.

I absolutely love reading from this app, I use it everyday but unfortunately since the last update it has become very uncomfortable to read because of the font change and the tight spaces between the letters and paragraphs

Amazing app.. but

I love this app and I use it for help through tough passages and I love that it’s not AI, but trusted sources and real human commentary. Although I’m hoping they add more translations in the future for like NIV, and ESV for example

Great bible study tool

This app has helped me understand what I am studying in my bible, AND it has also helped me read every day because I’m getting so much out of what I’m reading!
I love Spurgeon’s comments the most, but all are great! Thank you for this terrific resource!

I read the commentary on John 6 and it unfortunately did not make sense. Jesus said “my flesh is food indeed and my blood is drink indeed”.

Great App!

Out of all the apps that we download on our phones that do nothing for our lives this app and the Bible app have to be essential. This app helped me to actually start studying God’s word. It helped me to go from being a surface level Christian to actually knowing God’s word in the context of what’s being said.

What a blessing!

Before opening this app, I usually try to ponder on the Word and reflect alone. After that, I will read this to widen the perspective and I am so happy because it’s amazing to have this app to help us understand the Word more. Life changing

This app has changed the game!!! I went from “I don’t know how people just sit and read the Bible” to “I can’t stop reading the Bible!!” Countless times I have audibly gasp because I’m finally understanding what I’m reading!! I can’t recommend it enough!

A little suggestion!

I love this app! It helps me sooo much to get more insight on what i’m reading and to understand the Word of God to a deeper level. But i would love if I could highlight the things i like. I like to take notes and sometimes i get lost on what part i wanted to write down because it’s so much information on there. I just wish there was a highlighting feature because i feel it would help a lot!! God bless!🫶🏽

Great app

This app has been so helpful understanding biblical context. My favorite feature is the references to other verses when explaining the story behind a specific verse. I love the thoughtful commentary from different biblical scholars as well… so helpful!! And it’s free
