App not functional
App is not showing the bills anymore, I want to download the bill to pay it off.

Can’t login with credentials but no problem on the website. If you are going to have an app it should allow customers to sign in with same info they use from the website. I’ll delete it until it actually works.

It used to be minimally functional. Doesn’t even open anymore. I wish I could rate it zero stars.
Not accepting login
Will not allow to log in with known good account information. Thought this would make life easier but does not. Would not recommend
App needs fixing
App erroneously registers login credentials as incorrect, even though they are not. Cannot log in. Only web browser version allows log in.

Won’t let me log in
I downloaded the app, and when I tried to log in, it said the password was wrong. However, I was able to log in successfully using the exact same password on my browser.
Useless
I downloaded the app in hopes that I could correct my email address since it’s wrong in My Account, you can’t fix it anywhere or update it once you book an appointment online (so I don’t receive email confirmations or reminders for booked appointments) and I’ve already asked Enercare several times to correct it from a hyphen “-“ to an underscore “_” in my email address but I can’t even get in to the app! Useless app and I’ve deleted it.

I have requested technical support couple of times now. I receive an email immediately saying someone will contact me. To date I have not received a response.

Worst App
I have an website version and thought I’d download the app. What a joke! Wouldn’t even log me in saying my credentials were incorrect. They weren’t. Deleted app in less than 3 minutes.

Lol, the app looks like a final project of a computer engineering college student, and I’d give this project a big F on the grade.
The app on iPhones
The app is totally useless for iPhone users. If Enercare doesn’t fix the app soon, I am switching to another vendor. Shameful for customers.
