Excellent service

Extremely buggy

Really a terrible app. Can’t even pay for bills without the app glitching.

April 2026 update doesn’t work

App was fine but the update has erased my account on iPad and iPhone. WhatsApp customer service were no help. Online account is fine.

Miffed customer

I lost the use of my app today and that is what I use to pay my electric bills, reason being that the current app has an upgrade to a specific apple version before apple have come out with the IOS version not sure what I need to do to rectify it, guess I have to wait until apple comes out with the update for my phone

Was great but no consumption showing now

I rely on this App for my house in Spain and it used to be great but for the past few weeks when I press to see consumption it says I have to have an electricity contract to view! I have contacted Energia but they don’t seem able to fix it. I do have the latest App version.

When it works

Brilliant when it works but too often it doesn’t…..I like to keep track of usage, but regularly it doesn’t show any….. Needs better IT staff to keep it updated and working.

The consumption is zero because it has no data from April which is incorrect because I have the bills from that time.

I have been trying to raise my potencia for over a year - but it’s not straight forward as it says on the website. Calls take 45 -60 mins to get through to someone. On line I have completed and supplied everything but they want to come and physically see - which I have only just been told. I have waited in for 5 days for someone to visit - but nobody has come. I called to ask when it would be as it is crazy to sit here for that long - but they say the company has up until an end date to visit. No day no time no number to phone to find out when they will be coming and if they do not come by end of today it goes onto next month - it’s mad! The number they have on the system for my account they cannot tell me what it is and they cannot use a mobile number - yet I did not give a landline so lord knows who they are calling. It’s like having a chocolate tea cup - nothing makes sense. Nothing is helpful.

Register

I’m trying to register using the app via an IPhone. When you chose the ID type it only displays ID card, residential or passport. The rest of the screen is greyed out. I took up the Energía service using my NIE but cannot get that option using the app.
