Stopped connecting to the BMS
We have a 100Ah battery and as of October 2023 the app stopped connecting to it like other people. The company is offering to have us send the battery to them for testing but this will be expensive. The battery itself works other than this Bluetooth connection and since others are having trouble around the same time it may in fact be the app that needs updating.
