I really enjoy the Energize app. Very colourful, easy to use and love the fact that there is a photo along each item which makes it taste better as I eat with my eyes first 😍

Can’t order over the phone anymore?
Very inconvenient
Pretty good experience
I’ve had a pretty good experience with this app and this restaurant. The food and drinks are made in a timely manner, there’s a comments section to make changes to your order if need be. I also like how I am able to gain stars when ordering through the app that lead to $7.00 off after 10 orders. I wish they had this in store as well, it was be even better.

Best smoothies! Salads are so healthy and taste delicious. I don’t normally like healthy food but now I do!
Unable to submit order
I tried to place an order at the Mass Ave location through the app at 7:15am so that I could quickly pick it up on my way to work. This location opens at 7am but the app would not let me place an order because it said it was not open yet. I tried refreshing multiple times and was still unable to place an order.
