No app update in 9 months - fails to work and can’t upgrade to 5 hz WiFi

Error 40402
50% works. Error 40402 occurs repeatedly on half of my motion detection videos so I am unable to view the video at all due to this error. Three videos will be fine then the next two will have error 40402. Then the next four are fine, then again error 40402 for the next two videos. Do not rely or buy any products from this company and manufacturer, especially if intended use could bring unintentional harm or death to a loved one. Not worth the price if the product is defective. Switch to Anran or Ring. Save your money.

First of the remote one is way better and it never works for me and it just lags or sais oh issue connecting and I can’t stand the smart wifi ones eny more awful experience and I would like a refund it Wass 12 dollars it Wass olmost broken and it won’t work at all and I do not recommend
Energizer camera
This app/camera is horrible with being able to hear any audio unless someone is talking directly at the camera. If their head is looking to the side, you can’t hear anything.

Work…when it works
My cameras(5) stop connecting randomly. I’ll get the alert that someone’s at the door and the video won’t open. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Unplugged the cameras, repeatedly the same issue, after months of flawless duty it happens again.
Mess up my order
I bought memory cards for my 6 cameras instead of two packs of 3, they send me two memory cards. I tried reaching out to the customer service, i was told that I needed to send an email which I had already sent.
Long story short they have never replied or send me the correct order. These company has the worst customer service ever. They stole my money.

Soooooo many dead cameras, doorbells, Latent app access. Constant failures, buffering errors and climbing ladders for resets. Moved on to Amran!!
Could be better
Motion and sound detection not reliable. Cameras are 't reliable, often going offline for no apparent reason. Playback display not great.
TERRIBLE
CONSTANTLY double charged- NEVER get a response via ‘help’ email. Had since 2021, used to work well - LOW % of reception always now, and MANY, MANY, MANY days NOT recording AT ALL !!!

Not user friendly, glitchy, missing “person” frames, skips detection, poor WiFi connectivity, zones not accurate, records what it wants, not reliable. Buy only if you have no choice but a bulb socket camera. It’s a make-do camera.

I bought a security camera/light bulb, hoping to add surveillance to my driveway. The camera gives hundreds of false activations due to sunlight, shadows, rain and even stray spiders but the video is poor and useless to me.
Even worse is the perpetual $4.99 monthly fee they stick you with, and no way to cancel it.

iPad compatible
Works fine with Apple’s phones, but there is no iPad app for a larger view of the videos
Can’t get play back to work
This was a good app, but it is not working now. Takes forever to connect and I can’t get the play back to work.

After a few months. The ability to rename my switches no longer works. Bought 7 of them and I was happy enough to buy another 7 only to find the app not working as it should. Disappointing.
