Horrible reliability
For me the app would work less than 50% of the time and is getting worse. Consistently bumps me off when I’m trying to change settings, hasn’t connected to the battery for days and every time I’ve sent an email message to the support team for “support” I’ve never received a response. Disgraceful
Can’t create new account
The website server for this app is down and so new accounts cannoned be created. We have a new battery and can’t create an account to see the performance. Please fix the server.
Helpful app be good to see appliance power usage
App is useful to track power useage and compare charges from power retailer. It’d be great to integrate appliance or electricity usage sources to see exactly what is drawing on power and when
