I’ve had my light ups for almost a year now and have tried several different platforms (iOS, Android, smartphones & tablets..) this app NEVER finds the sneakers. When are you going to fix this or update this piece of garbage app. HUGE disappointment, don’t waste space on your phone installing this app.. shame on you Sketchers..

The first pair we bought had one shoe that didn’t light up at all. The second pair works but we cannot get the app to pair the shoes. We will be returning them.

The app doesn’t connect to shoes
The app doesn’t recognize the shoes at all. After reading a previous review, I hit “delete shoes” yet the app STILL can’t find the shoes. Disappointed.

Three separate pairs of energy lights 2.0 and not ONE can be seen by this app. Very disappointed.

This shoe app not only doesn’t work but the actually shows don’t even work!! I got these like two weeks ago and some lights already stopped working in the shoe half are on half are not. 😡😡

Bought a brand new pair for my daughter and when I tap pair or delete, nothing happens. She's so disappointed! Please fix.
Light ups
Does this work with sketchers 2.0 E PRO? Cause when I got these shoes today when I went to Bluetooth it came up as a name but they don't want to connect.
READ THIS!!
The app works great. All you have to do is hit the delete shoes button in the app and your shoes will pop up. Then push connect shoes and you’re all set. Small glitch but not a big deal.

Bought a pair for my son and I can’t get the app to pair with the shoes either!
Cool shoes, App isn’t working.
Won’t connect or recognize shoes. Lights on shoes work great. Have tried an Android and Apple phone with app, neither see the shoes.
