Unable to log in
Despite double checking login details and confirming correct via web site, unable to login using app.

Absolutely useless app!!! Downloaded it and all you can see is the login in page, how can you login before you sign up? It doesn’t matter what you put in eg:- email address, account number phone number customer name it just says not recognised. Waste of time
