App works

The app works, I was able to log in, and apple saved my password info for me for future logins. The only problem is I couldn’t copy/paste my login info into the app in the first place. I had to type it in. Everything else looks and works great!

LOGIN ISSUES

Needs to be updated to accept Apples login automation processes, can’t copy/paste pw, will not save pw.

App works but needs some tweaks

The app does work. I did have the issue were I couldn’t log in after putting in my info but thats fixed now. I think it just needs a little more feedback for the user. It doesn’t tell you it’s processing anything after a submission. When you click on LOG IN it just sits there and then suddenly you are logged in. I would recommend some kind animation or even just a text saying “Logging in” while the backend servers process the users input.

Also would be cool if you guys implemented Touch ID.

Other than that it works fine and I can see my data and pay my bill.

Can’t login

Same as other mentioned. After I bought iPhone 14, I no longer can login to app. It just freeze on the login screen. It’s several months so far and no fix.

WHY have an app??????

Worthy of zero ⭐️ but don’t have that option. No point in having an app that doesn’t work. Same issue every other reviewer said. Completely unacceptable in this day n age. Get it together! You’re making Texas look bad!!!😡

Can’t even login…

App isn’t working at all. I enter my login information and when I press login button, nothing happens.

App frozen at login

You’d expect from a complaint in November that by now the app would allow you to log in. Starting to think Texas Energy was a bad switch for me. I was switched here by Energy ogre without my approval. Go figure.

App does nothing

App will not open after log in information is entered. It will not allow you to click on anything after your password is enter and app just freezes.

This product is the biggest failure since FTX. If you’re going to do something this poorly, don’t bother doing it.

App doesn’t work

New customer here. Downloaded the app to get my account going so I can monitor my electricity usage etc., but the app freezes on the log in page as other users have noted. This does not give me confidence in my choice of electric company.

Did what was needed, not anymore

Update 12/7/22: app is working again, able to login and all functions seem to be working. Does what it needs to do.

Original: At the start, the app was nice and useful, had the essentials to manage one’s account. Now, the app won’t load, just comes up as a blank screen and nothing seems to correct it (reinstall, data/cache clear, etc)

This app is trash

Won’t even log in. This is basic stuff. Too cheap to pay someone on Fiver to develop your app? On the flip side, I am saving on my energy bill. Hence the one star.

Can’t even log in

The app is unresponsive when trying to log in. Not sure why but please fix this.

Login Frozen

Clearly this is an ongoing issue but the app booted me to start as I had my login information saved. However after attempting multiple times to login, the button to enter simply doesn’t work. Nothing happens at all. Also, who labeled this in the finance category? You can do better Energy Texas.
