Can NOT access the app at all! 😤

I can NOT get the first pages video it just never loads. It’s on the sign in/sign up page so then I try to sign up hit continue it looks like it’s trying to lead but NEVER does! How are all these reviews 5 stars? I can NOT believe that this is only happening to me? What’s going on with this app? Why can’t I get on & use the app?
