Using T-Mobile is terrible
I paid a lot of money for the new device and installed on a B&G 20kw. All indicators say it’s good, but the signal is terrible and does not always give me the updates.

Had some issues initially but latest updates seem to have them fixed. If you do run into a problem try signing out of the app and then sign back in

There is some bug that EnergyTrak acknowledged in an email they sent me on November 6 that prevents this from working. It is still unfixed and EnergyTrak support is no longer responding to my emails. Do not waste your time
