Hard to read but good resource
I’ve had this for about a week. It’s been helpful in tracking my body composition. My biggest issue is that it is hard to read. The words and numbers are in light gray on a white background. My vision is normal, but I have to strain to read it. I feel like changing the color scheme would be useful.

Doesn’t work scale doesn’t even tell the weight it’s just lets you set a goal.
Can’t use app unless you register or login
I feel very awkward when any less important or unknown apps asks for registration or login in order to use their app. Sorry to say but have to return the product as well as remove this app from my phone.

Does not register my weight
The app does not register my weight. In addition, as an icing on the cake, very poor color selection. I changed the light green to navy, however there is no way to change light grey tiny text color or enlarge it. I’m not happy with the app at all.
A few issues, no way to contact in English
The app has recorded some unknown scale readings late at night. I tried to contact them through the app but the app only allows you to upload a photo, no way to send a message other than send a photo. The link in the App store to contact them is all in Chinese.
My progress graph shows several 100 pound less weights on my graph. There is no way to delete these strange weight readings.
There is no support from this company in English.

Slick app, love the scale and app syncs up very nice!

I’ve had the pretty pink scale for months now but never bothered to get the app until I wanted to go from pounds to kilograms because there was no switch on the scale to do so. Changing that setting was easy with the app.
It weighed me and logged it and that’s when I started looking at the app in more detail to see what it was doing with my body weigh numbers.
It measures and puts the info on a graph. So the more you use it over the accumulation of days, the more data you get.
I LOVE IT.

Super Helpful For Tracking Weight Loss
This app has been monumentally helpful in tracking my progress. After I had my son, I wanted to lose the extra weight, and have been able to see my changes right in the app on my phone. It’s a great motivator!

No longer works
I had to change the batteries and I made sure they were fully charged. I stepped on the scale and absolutely nothing happened. It’s dead. What can I do? Frustrated
Can not see app. Completely in IOS 13
In IOS 13 the trend tab is obscured and cutoff so you don’t know which trend you are looking at.

To those having issues creating logins, make sure you aren’t using any special characters in the password you choose.
I was surprised at how effortlessly the weight scale paired with the app on my phone and uploaded all of the info to my health app.
I haven’t compared my weight on this scale to the one I used previously, but it seems ok for now.

Help!!!!
How do I get it too read my BMI,body fat,fat free body weight,subcutaneous fat,visceral fat,body water?
Accurate and connected fine to my iPhone 8+
Not sure about the other reviews complaining about accuracy or connectivity. This seems to works as good as my old Tanita inner-scan bc-1000 for my Garmin. No problems with app connecting via BT.

I got the scale to help keep track of my weight along with the other stuff the scale does through this app. Unfortunately the app will not let me create an account & now renders the scale useless.. fix this!!!!!

Inaccurate
I agree with the standard weight that the app gives but the rest of the assessments seem to be inaccurate. According to the app I am 119.8 lbs overweight and I am obese. I’m 5’1 and 139 which is reasonably where I’m supposed to be for my age and height. I eat right and go to the gym everyday. This would mean that I should weigh 20lbs 😳. Good to record weight trends but you’ll have to ignore all of the rest.
