Needs to Change
I don’t like the app. The receipt reader never gives me my points, I haven’t received any coupons for participating, even after speaking with someone at the “help center” and it’s slow. It should be more like the pampers app, if I scan 5 cans give me a discount on my next one. Similac offers better features/deals all around.

Rewards are a joke
What a terrible experience trying to redeem a reward. You have to redeem the right to redeem a reward. A joke of an app. Also the points make no sense. The more points you have the less the reward ammount is. On top of that the rewards are a joke. Works out to about 3% back.

Buggy and deliberately tricky to redeem points
Enfamil points system is nice but the app just isn’t functional, plain and simple. Points balance doesn’t show up, even articles don’t load. And assuming you jump through every hoop to try and redeem the Venmo code they send it requires a SECOND round of uploading receipts that flawlessly match. All this for a five dollar code. I wouldn’t recommend Enfamil to anyone but my enemies. This is either a scam or a deliberate maze to exhaust people.

Could be better
When I initially downloaded this app, it was great. However, I’m not sure what happened, but now when I try to submit rebates it’s terrible and doesn’t work. Uploading receipts is hit or miss. And now, my points never show… it just keeps spinning like it’s trying to load. I can’t redeem my points because the app doesn’t register that I have any. I also can no longer use the app to do any rewards activities. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times, but to no avail — I now just use the web browser. It’s disappointing because I initially really liked this app. Oh well…

Love the rewards but app is always messing with my points
Doesn’t load points
I have thousands of points and often try to use the app to keep track of them and to ensure that I get my rebates but I can’t load rebates without getting a message that says “there was a problem loading the rebate please try again later” points say 0 - I have to go online constantly to get anything added or to keep track of points! Love the formula but hate the app!

App never works properly

I like that they gave the app to keep track of points and for formula shopping, but it’s very glitchy and won’t load my points. It won’t let me log out to try to see if my points show up. I want to get the rewards because I use the formula, but the app is not worth.

Good god, this app keeps getting worse and worse. so unhelpful, you can’t even contact support. Give me a break, with how much money you guys get, do better.
