Buggy
Enfamil points system is nice but the app just isn’t functional, plain and simple. Points balance doesn’t show up, even articles don’t load.

Disappointing
This app was good in the beginning and a lot of people seem to have a positive opinion on it, as well as enfamil products in general. Now the app is full of glitches, the support team is very unhelpful in general which really surprised me, and redeeming rewards or receipts has somehow become impossible even though it was a breeze before. Really sucks because this app was great in the beginning but it just shows how corporate greed will ruin things. I mean the price of formula keeps going up and yet we can’t redeem any more points without some kind of problem. Things are actually starting to make more sense if you scroll down on this page, you can see even the brand that has made this app has only a few other apps they’ve made that look fake and weird. Very strange, makes you wonder where the info you give to enfamil goes.

Amazing
I been using this for over a year with my one year old and he has loved the Enfamil neutron pro we will be using this again for our next baby such an amazing brand love the rewards app too !
Skip the app
The Enfamil people haven’t figured out how to make an app yet. Skip the app. Log into website where you can view, upload, and claim rewards. If you are one of the lucky few that can log into the app, you won’t be able to see or manage your rewards.
Can’t get logged in to get any rewards
Ended up logged out and have never been able to log back in. Been having to manually submit receipts which is a lot of hassle
Lots of bugs
Lots of bugs tells me I have no rewards when I have rewards. I can never redeem rebates on formula always denies me or says I used it too many times and I can’t use the rebate.
Great for points
Only negative is when you click on the rebates there is no details. I can never tell what the dates for the rebates are.

Can’t sign in
Downloaded the app but whenever I try and sign in it takes me back to the sign in page. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice.
Nice
It’s great for rewards but my points never show up. I have to use a web browser to view points.
Not able to log in anymore?
I just recently started not being able to log in through the app or the website. Super frustrating because I have so many points I’d like to redeem. Or participate in the giveaways. Hope they fix it soon.

Glitchy app
Enfamil itself is great. Love the formula options and the freebies they sent. Now the app is a different story. It’s so glitchy. Doesn’t load reward points. Have been trying to change my babies birthday (made it with my due date) but obviously she was born a different day. Anyway it won’t change it. I’ve tried restarting the app and logging out and back in but it won’t change it. Can yall fix it. Defeats the purpose of milestones and how old my baby is on the app.

Awful now
Cant even log in anymore. Was forced to reset password now it loads and loads then takes me back to screen to sign in or start account. So much for using enfamil brand for my subsequent pregnancies

Easy to use. I love the fact that Enfamil have a page to learn more about your child development, journey, getting to know about child unique ways in their development/ journey.
Can’t log in
I can log on just fine online but the app won’t allow me to sign on. Acts like it will but takes me right back to putting in email and password.
