Total rewards not showing any more. Pls fix it. Otherwise it’s good app

When I first joined I thought they would actually send a sample as promised if I downloaded the app. Actually I didn't get that sample. And also when I claimed the $20 cashback rebate rewards, the claim was declined. Even though I have followed the instructions. Very cheating. I've been collecting receipts for so long. But when the claim failed.

Needs to Change
I don’t like the app. The receipt reader never gives me my points, I haven’t received any coupons for participating, even after speaking with someone at the “help center” and it’s slow. It should be more like the pampers app, if I scan 5 cans give me a discount on my next one. Similac offers better features/deals all around.

Rewards are a joke
What a terrible experience trying to redeem a reward. You have to redeem the right to redeem a reward. A joke of an app. Also the points make no sense. The more points you have the less the reward ammount is. On top of that the rewards are a joke. Works out to about 3% back.
