This was a great and easy to use app; however, we keep getting an error message saying certificate is invalid. Waiting for an update so it can work again and I can give it a 5 star rating.
Won’t work
It won’t let me create an account because it won’t let me enter my child’s birthday so I can’t even use the device.
Horrible APP
I am happy that this thermometer was gifted by Enfamil. The APP doesn't work at all and it takes hours to create an account. It worked for me one night but I deleted my son's account. I ended up throwing it in the trash.

Seems like enfamil gave up on this app. What’s the point of having the product if the app doesn’t load at all?

I would give this 0 stars if I could. This app and product is absolutely useless. I have tried many, many times over several days to create an account on the app to be able to use this product. Every time it comes up with some sort of error. Every. time. Don’t waste your time or money.

Why do I have to create an account to use a piece of hardware? At least let me instantly Sign In with Apple and be done with it. Server issues when I needed the app most. Disappointing

I love this product when I first got it, now it says Invalid server certificate have to refresh or check for an update.. no updates are available yet it continues to do this.. I with they would fix the app so it would work..

Application problem not resolved
I used the thermometer for a year without problems until I lost the monitor and I did not hesitate to buy another despite being an expensive thermometer, to my surprise when I went to connect the new thermometer the application already had problems and I could not use it, I called on several occasions and they only told me that they are working on the problem but for more than two months and nothing 😕 it is a lack of respect because it is a very expensive product.
