Rubbish
Tried all bankcards at the Shuttle chargers, nothing worked! Called for support which was a waste of time too as lady had no idea what she was talking about!!
Don’t install this and “Laadpaal”
This is a white-label app, and if you install another such as Laadpaal (which was required by some other charger I used once…) you’ll have problems. Specifically, when entering my credit card, I was redirected to Safari for a 3DS check, then instead of back to Engie, went back to Laadpaal, which made the attempt fail. I deleted Laadpaal, tried again (had to enter all details again: credit card and full post address), and then got stuck waiting for the charging point to start. It never did, so I boarded my eurotunnel shuttle with low battery. (For the record, my credit card and my Freshmile card were both also rejected by the charging point, under the rain, for a thoroughly miserable total of 30 minutes wasted.)
Would be very nice if the app accepted Apple Pay so I don’t have to entrer credit card details yet again (this was the 23rd charging app I’m installing on my phone). At least please manage the credit card check in a webview, save my details in the app until I tell you to delete them, and don’t ask for a street address. Also would be nice if the charging point actually started but I know that’s asking a lot.
