App works fine

The app has many features and is easy to navigate. It is easy to find most what you are looking for, sometimes it takes longer than expected to find exactly what you want. It would be very nice if the app could also be displayed in English.

What a horrible Update

I don't get that you call this an improvement. Congratulations Engie, you've converted me from a lover of your App to an intense hater. Everything about the app is worse since the update. Wrong calculations between the iOS and Android apps. Now add an unstable login experience. I have to login now almost every week with all the stupid hoops you have to jump thru just see my daily usage. You can stick your app in your darkest place. I'm removing it from my devices. I'm sorry, but you're not worth the efforts. A €20.00 device from Amazon tells me pretty much the same as your app. Adios.

Don't hesitate to call our customer service if you need some help. You can call us at working days from 09.00 to 17.00 at 088 444 66 66. You can also feedback to us in the Engie app. ^Eddo
