Does not work on iPhone
It’s May 31, 2026 and just downloaded the app but it doesn’t work with iPhones. The app opens but it just shows a wheel spinning but never actually loads.
Nuke this app now!
it’s pretty good BUT u only gave me 5 times to use it! like then u made me make a idiotic account in this stinking app. And when I clicked it,it said access denied! Fix this or i sue u! also the instructions it stupidly glitching like crazy and I got i headache because of this trash. If ya fixzit I will rate it 5 stars.

Incorrect instructions
Horrible instructions. It’s out of order, having to repeatedly pull apart the model to install a piece that should’ve been placed 5 steps ago. It’s missing steps altogether, and it’s got wrong instructions.

Instructions for kits are ONLY available through this app, which requires internet access and compulsory registration. Thee is NO OTHER WAY to get instructions - even the “download PDF” button in the app doesn’t work, it just downloads an empty file. This is for a hands-on building kit - the app should never have existed, much less be required for an offline, no-electricity-required toy!

BEST BULID
The Chinook double blade helicopter I built is amazing.
The app itself is awesome because it is 3d enabling you to spin it round while building. I still haven’t explored the app enough but it is wonderful and all the projects are worth the money.

This app is utter garbage. As an engineer with experience with Fusion360, this app is just a waste. LEGO has a much better interface for building their kits.
Not only are these CAD drawings/blow ups not complete, the assembly is almost always in the incorrect order that requires you to remove parts just to put another part in the middle. 😡 while building the physics laws sharpening wheel, the completed CAD solution was nowhere near the complete picture on the box.

These instructions are absolute garbage
There are no instructions in the box and you are required to use the app. The order of the instructions in the app make no sense and you need to put pieces physically through other pieces, which is impossible. Which is sad since this is a physics product.

After I log in “successfully” it just sits authenticating…its useless

Every time it opens it downloads updates, sometimes for up to 10 minutes. I don’t have slow internet either. Then, you have to tap through like five nested menus to get to the kit my kid wants to build, and after tapping that… same story, waiting to load. Then, the instructions are weird, sometimes impossible to actually replicate in the real world. Whoever thought replacing paper instructions for kids toys with this junk ought to be fired.

Nothing wrong with the app.
The app is completely fine and well done but The set I bought being the Levers, linkages & structures was missing a 11 pieces. I wouldn’t recommend buying that set.
Not the best(but the kits are great)
This is a decent app but needs improvement. The exploded view is great, but the “instructions” are awful! The actual kits themselves are great and I would rate them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.I hope that they improve this app in the future.
The idea is good but manufacturing defects
The pieces are poorly designed, because in the 3D model some of them are one orientation and in reality they are actually another way, so they don’t fit. Good idea but poor execution and in no way comparable with Lego technic.
Cool but not quite
I find the 3D app to be a nice instruction. The key problem is that the instructions are often out of sequence making you remove parts to assemble the next step when it should have been done a couple steps earlier.

It’s impossible
I looked and looked and I could not find my kit. I found it in the wrong section and I clicked on it but it was the totally wrong but the kit is very good quality though I think you should just use the pdf
