Great app! But, If it have a dictionary, it will be a good tool for English learners like me.

Thanks for this app, it is helpful for me to learn English language but I would add more choice to level management for the sound quality and as slowly or fast

Really good but much room for improvement
I really enjoy this app. The main thing that I don't like is that some readers have a very specific accent and some readings are monotone. Plus I would like to know how long is the reading beforehand.

A really good App
I really like this App. I have been able to listen to many classics with absolutely superb readers. Unfortunately there are some poor readers with thick accents or those who read books in a robotic fashion. It is also annoying when there a number of volunteers who read various chapters in a book. Just when you are getting used to a voice, the reader changes and you have to readjust your listening. Another annoying element is that at the beginning of each chapter, you have to listen to the name of the book, the fact that the book is in the public domain, and advice on volunteering. Can't this be done once at the beginning of the novel?
Despite these criticisms, I have had many, many pleasurable hours listening to the books and I am very grateful.

This app is good but it is need to have dictionary to looking for words
Almost perfect!
If this app had an option to set length of time for listening, it would be perfect! I listen, as many do, at night while in bed. I often want to drift off after 15, 30, or 45 minutes. This is quite helpful as short chapters can end too soon.

Hands Free Reading Enjoyment
I am really enjoying being able to read while I do other things around the house. I guess you would call that multitasking. I like to listen to books while walking on the treadmill, while riding the exercise bike, while crocheting and while cooking. I am still learning my way around the program, though. I gave it four stars only because I tire of listening to the preamble at the beginning of many chapters, but I understand it is advertising and keeps the app free. Overall, I am very pleased with its function.

Love the idea, but it needs work
The app is great when I can listen straight through, but not when I need to pause midway. Sometimes it works perfectly. Other times it resets to the start of the chapter or to the home screen so that I have to reopen the book. And it's difficult to adjust the starting point with the tiny progress bar...
Even with these shortcomings, it's a handy app. I might even volunteer to read for Librovox...

Audio books
It is ok but the way to find a book is annoying. I was looking for sense and sensablility once and found a good one with great girl reader but I can't find that one any more so I have use this dumb boy reader. You should make it so I can search by author. I am really glad that it works on my I pad because I have the oldest I pad so I can't get the newer apps. Please keep it this way:)

Misleading
I downloaded this app as it promoted itself as "English" audiobooks, and I thought that meant "English accent" with the many English novels offered. I was as vanquished by the thick American drawl of the storyteller reading A Room With a View as I would have been hearing Huckleberry Finn read by a Scouse. It was impossible to suspend my disbelief and get into the story. I ended up deleting it.

I use this app all the time and it generally very good!!!
The titles cover a wide range of genres and the readers are for the most part bearable. I have listened to many books I would never have thought of reading and have discovered new authors whose work I enjoy as a result.
The annoyances; the adverts ( enough said!) and the intermittent novel text. Sometimes I have it and sometimes I don't and it can be very trying to find where you are if you change devices mid book, with not a jot of text to help you, 1 of 1 is not helpful!!!
