A lot of bugs
Hello, I wrote you about bug with b/w picture on Google Play (I have my phone with android). Also I downloaded the app from app store to my Mac (M4 pro). And the app crashes every time when I press «LOOKUP» in «Smart Dictionary» menu. I like free demo lessons but with so many bugs it’s not worth to upgrade for the paid version. I didn’t find any support form in the app as well.
If you do this way there will be no chance the app will be popular. Maybe you need at least one app tester before release the app…

Hi Oleg, thanks for your input. The listening b/w picture has now color. As for the bugs, we’d really like to fix them. Please send a quick video to info@shiningapps.com and we’ll rapidly fix it. It’s surprising you’re having so many problems when no one else has complained (and we have more than 50K paid users across all our apps).
