Issue with video playback in the app
Dear [Arad] Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with video playback in your app. Whenever I try to skip forward or backward in a video, it resets to the beginning instead of playing from the intended point. Even if I pause a video near the end and then resume, it starts from the beginning again. Additionally, rewinding the video also causes it to restart from the start.
I am not sure what is causing this issue or how to fix it. Could you please assist me in resolving this? Without a proper solution, it becomes very difficult to use the app effectively.
