A scam
It is less sketchy to buy a ticket on craigslist, by far. I purchased 2 polo tickets for my boyfriend and I when we were visiting Argentina. Only one of them was delivered. I was obviously not going to go by myself, so the ticket was useless to me. I talked to customer service and the man told me that if the 2nd ticket was not delivered an hour before the event, then i would get a refund for both tickets. I only received a refund for one ticket. I went back and forth with customer service for days while I was on vacation, trying to ‘return’ the single unused ticket, but there was always an error message. I showed photo evidence of this to CS, but they refused to address the issue and eventually said that they would not give me a refund and that was their ‘final decision.’ So much stress, time, and effort and I am still out the $180.
