Rubbish, doesn’t work, listed errors...
Where to start, about 30% of the features work.
Calibrate gyro- calibration failed
Compass calibration- calibration failed
Pair unit- nothing happens
Firmware version- shows firmware, no updates
Switch camera- works after some Chinese message, but either camera gives error when trying the HD function
No SD card error, even with card inserted
Gimbal adjustment (13) does nothing
The on screen thumb controls do nothing.
I have yet to use any gps function (map, home return) as it never has more than 1 bar signal (flashing green), the drone itself is hardly stays still even indoors on manual mode.
The manual is in bad English
The fly easy and c fly apps are exactly the same and both deserve 1 star

Some features need attention
Most of the functions work but I’ve never been able to calibrate the compass and

We got the X12 as a gift, we’re able to fly the drone without phone pairing via controller. When we connected the app the first time, it showed video and we were able to capture some. Second day with the app, without doing anything differently, it warns that it will unpair the controller from the drone, and then the app fails to control the drone either. All methods to repair the connection to the drone and controller are handled through the app, which does not now connect to either the drone or controller no matter what mode the phone is in. Cycling power on all devices and reconnecting does nothing to fix the problem. The code is clearly GARBAGE and the company could not explain anything clearly if its LIFE depended on it. Refund your purchase before you break warranty and invest in a more reliable drone.

Controller won’t connect
Since I updated my phone the controller no longer connects to the drone.

What happened?
When I first received my drone everything worked great... phone would connect to both the remote and drone and could use the fpv through wifi and everything... now my phone connects to the remote but something happens where it no longer gets any fpv from the drone or anything... pretty much rendering the drone useless for taking any kind of video or pictures... pretty much the only thing I can do now is race th drone in circles through line of site which is no fun... please fix your app!

Need software, firmware update
Need new software update from.
1. Fly safely does not come up on app,I will be already in flight app says (ready to fly).
2. The quad fish bowls after compass calibration. These issue take the fun out of flying, please reconfigure app latest version.
3. It’s like the controller loses control of the quad.I am sure it’s firmware, software issues.

Is this supposed to work?
I have no idea what does Ewa supposed to do. It download it from the QRC code in instruction manual but it actually does nothing.
Needs Work
The app is decent; I have used it dozens of times over eight months with great results. That being said, it has some bugs.
1. Setting waypoints has never worked. I get a generic error when I try. This is super frustrating.
2. If you minimize the app and try to reopen it, the app will crash every time.
3. GPS calibration only works about one in five times. I look ridiculous spinning in circles over and over trying to get it to work.

FPV locks
So where do i start !!!
1 calibrate compass fails 9 out of 10 times
2 gimbal on camera locks in one position with no control over it
3 FPV is not very good loses video often
Not impressed, are these apps not tested before release. It amazes me what companies get away with selling you. Eachine looks a nice bit of kit but falls wide of the mark.

Won’t calibrate compass
Got the app to see the fpv but won’t go past calibrating so I can perform the turns. After that it won’t connect to the fpv I would really like to fly thejjrc x9 heron again. Please fix

Works mostly but improvements to be made
App works ok with eachine ex4 drone but there are problems with the calibration. Seems that iOS users aren’t able to calibrate compass properly as calibration fails and the full text doesn’t even fit in the screen... PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE! App does crash occasionally but if you’re just a casual user, the features all work fine for the most part

Works 50% of the time, crashes
Works 50% of the time, crashes every time you minimise it, tried on iPhone 11 Pro , pro max, iPad Pro. Quite annoying, shame as nice interface

Not a great app considering x12 is quite a good machine for the money. App freezes. Gimbal plays up. Please fix
