Applying Filters
So I’ve been using this service for probably less than a week and I really like it. Sometimes the show I watch. Doesn’t want to load the filter. So my solution sometimes it’s to play the previous show that did have a filter. And then let the filter load from there from the end of that show. Another solution I’ve had is to open the. Show on the platform that has it just to make sure that it works and then go back to enjoy. Does a trick.. it’s a little fiddly, but I really really like it so it’s worth it to me to have to mess around to get the filter loaded.

The high level of content to remove, and then switched the search filters to only include content for what they called “tiny kids.” While searching for the Sand Lot, it brought up an adult film. With a naked women on the cover. This service needs a lot of work and caused us a huge problem.

Welcome Filter
It was becoming increasingly difficult to stream any short shows that didn’t have the F bomb dropped all the time. Enjoy movies and saw that for us. It took me a bit of time to figure out all the filters, but it’s working great.
can’t use the app
If you have any kind of trouble signing in, you’re not gonna get any kind of help just so you know before you sign up! i’m still in my week trial and I’m canceling already
Completely useless
When I tried to create my account, it forced me into getting the free trial, even though the description said there was a free version. After I got my account, I closed out of the app and reopened it, and it just loaded for a couple minutes and then kicked me out. This app needs to be updated.
Doesn’t Work on iPhone 16
The app opens and the spinner appears, but nothing else.
Outstanding customer service
I wanted to use this service to filter shows that I couldn’t find on VidAngel. I ran into an issue while watching on my Roku TV, so I emailed customer service. Not only did they give me two months free, but they also followed up with multiple emails to help troubleshoot the problem. Michaela was outstanding. I’ve honestly never experienced such responsive customer service before.

can’t even screen mirror
Roku won’t let me cast or screen mirror this onto a TV
DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!
Like when ever I try to watch my show it freezes and then I exit to refresh it and then tap on my show again the screen is black and it won’t play and sometimes it says it’s playing episode 7 but it’s play episode 8 but I wanted to play episode 7 I do not recommend this app unless you want to have a mental break down because your screen keep going black and not playing :D

Worst experience
This has been the worst experience I have had with any app. I set up account on my laptop. I got the app on my TV. I connected to my Netflix and it just repeatedly have me the message it was language only filter then an error it couldn’t play. NOTHING would play. Then I tried to watch on my laptop it would not recognize my Netflix was already connected so when I would try to connect the page would glitch and just say loading, no code no anything. I am extremely disappointed and never had this issue with Vidangel.

Don’t waste your time
After I jumped through all the hoops - the app casts audio only. I have an iPhone 16 and my husband has the newest Google pixel (we have a 2024 Vizio smart TV) and neither would work to cast. What a frustrating waste of time.

the customer service is awesome, i had an issue and they got back with me within 24hrs. the app is worth the price monthly. you can do so much to watch movies literally how you want to. i would 100% recommend to anyone considering!!!!
Great tool
This is a great tool. I am so grateful to have it. It works well on my Chrome Streamer. It is quite easy to use. Especially with content already available on my streaming account. Requires a step of intent something which is understandable. I hope this continues and that filtering continues enhance especially to be more than just language for some movies.

Amazing!!
I never write reviews but I have just been so impressed by this service. It is amazing that you can use it for free on prime and YouTube, and then only pay $8/month to use it on all your other streaming services. It includes Disney which other similar services don’t. It doesn’t require a computer like other services, but we use it right on our Roku. It is so easy to adjust filters and adjust as needed with each individual movie/show or keep it set one way. Every show/movie is included for language filters and then many others have full filters. Their customer service is amazing and so so helpful and responsive. I have told so many people about this!!

Filter doesn’t work when casting
The filters seem to work when just streaming to my phone. But, when casting to my TV, the filters don’t work. This makes the app practically useless.

It is useless, and possibly a scam. I signed up for a free trial yesterday. The website’s instructions are terrible. After reading SOMEONE ELSE’s advice, I realized how it was supposed to work. I got one streaming service connected in the app. But still nothing will play. It just endlessly spins. Today, I went to the website try to try to find a contact number and the site doesn’t work anymore. So now I’m stuck with this terrible service. I was really excited about the possibility of this service and did my best to make it work. I am extremely frustrated and feel taken advantage of.

Crashes
Can’t get the app to even work. I have the latest version and it just crashes on startup. Never able to actually use it.
