This app is AMAZING for helping you see what your brain can’t see on its own- where you’re needing a reframe, where you’re stuck in negative patterns, etc
I love that I can just talk and it records it and gives me feedback (and I checked with the creators and they confirmed no one else can see it but me, which I appreciated). I’d def recommend!
