Use this everyday
This is my go-to, daily guide for wellbeing. I use this for meditation, to help me follow asleep, lower anxiety and stress, and several other things. I’m a total beginner to a wellbeing holistic lifestyle but this app has changed my approach and made it very easy and accessible for me to work on my wellbeing and mental health every day. My anxiety and ESPECIALLY sleep patterns have gotten so much better. 5/5!

Excellent for Everyone
I got this app because a friend recommended it to me and at first I was hesitant, but then I got hooked! I love how this app fits my basic needs and I feel extremely comfortable in using its interface. I feel better mentally AND physically, but overall feel like there is a greater happiness in my life. The app personalizes each section to your own needs and it’s easy to use. I would recommend this to other people struggling emotionally and others who just feel like they need something there to help them get through their day.

This app is perfect for anyone who wants to focus on clearing their mind. I love the breathing exercises, and when I do them I notice a legitimate difference in mood. Many helpful exercises that definitely lighten things up. Great design and personally motivating.

Potential; needs UI changes
Would like to explore this app more. Seems to have potential but relies on Dynamic sized text, which makes large system fonts hard to read in fixed field size
