I would give them zero stars if that was an option!!
They charge your credit card before the visit.
I’m attempting to use the service for the first time and have now been waiting in the ‘virtual waiting room’ for an hour and a half. After the first hour I used another device to call them and was reassured I was ‘next in line’.
It has now been another half hour and I’m still waiting.
I could have gone to the ER and gotten seen more quickly 😡
I would have bailed a long time ago, but they have my money!!
