Sign in & apple wallet
The app no longer let download it to Apple wallet only to Google wallet . Every time I try to sign in from the app it won't allow me to I now have to sign in from the browser to the website. Not even worth downloading the app.
Site Loading Issues
The site never updates or loads . Even with updating app via App Store still does not work. No troubleshooting options.

App is trash
First the app hardly ever gets updated. In using iOS and for about the past month I can’t see anything at all in the app just an error similar to a connection error.
As for the fooderies in the stores, have you watch out for them. Each store sends to operate on their own standards as for the quantity of food / dipping sauces. Have had stores that did not charge for sauces and other stores that try charging $1 per dipping sauce

The app hasn’t worked for weeks now. Ugh.
App is literally the worst
I dont have the actual enpay card anymore so i use the app for the 10 cents off but prices stopped showing up and now the last 2/3 times i went to fuel up it kept saying it couldnt access information . Nothing online tells you to fix it works and tried seeing if when going inside they could do something but they cant . Even tried putting in the alt id but it still gave me 3.12 instead of 3.02 . This is making me consider Parkers cause what is this absolute BS !!!!!!!

App currently not functional for me. Either way attempting to register, with or without card, gives a frustrating and taunting "oh-no" message.

App not working for 3 weeks straight!!!
The “Pay at pump” & “pay in store” features have not been working for the 3rd straight week. I need this to work in order to get my 10cent off per gallon. Please send an email and let us know what’s going on or if you’re fixing the app issue. Thanks
Disappointed
I like the app , using my phone to pay at the pump but trying to sign up for ENpay was very disappointing.. gave all my personal info try to save 10 cents a gallon .. they want pictures of my id and bank statements…no thanks .. going back to Shell
Does not work
App hasn’t worked in a year — can’t retrieve data errors appear on every screen.
Broken
Nothing ever works in this app. All I get is error messages no matter what I press. You’ll keep losing my business to Parker’s and Wawa until you fix this.
App Still Doesn’t Work
I wish I could use this app but it hasn’t worked in months. I have deleted and reinstalled, updated, etc. Still says it cannot retrieve data. Guess I will just have to go to Parker’s since their app works flawlessly.

Junk - impossible to sign up to enPay
App sends you in an infinite loop of meaningless pages asking information you don’t yet have (enPay card number). Stay with Costco!

This is a disappointment review. I really like this store but the app is garbage! It hasn’t worked for me in a month or two. I ok with entering my phone number each time but it’s annoying because I’m always on the clock when I’m there so time is not a luxury when I’m there.
