Couldn’t even create an account
I was unable to create an account despite seeming to fulfill all requirements. Additionally, the password requirements are strange—forbidding special characters is bad security practice.
Either way, the app simply did nothing when tapping “create account” after filling out the new account form, and it gave no feedback as to what went wrong.

Can’t even sign up for account so only 1 star
Every time I try to make An account I can only type the first letter of my first name then it freezes.
Healthcare provider input—Amazing app!
This app is a great resource for patients and providers. I am a clinician that has experience in all fields, including Oncology. If utilized appropriately, this app will provide positive patient outcomes. It will also promote smooth collaboration between the inter-professional team.
Does not save portions of entries
I am in chemo and I’m looking for an app to track symptoms instead of writing. This sounded awesome but it constantly deletes settings and it does not have a manual entry for medicines. It would also be nice to have a small tutorial about how to navigate the app. They could even add badges for logging to make it fun. If they update maybe I’ll try again because it’s the only one I could find. It’s a good idea but needs some tweaking

Hey! We’re so sorry you ran into challenges there We tried to simplify the app and removed some features to fix most of the bugs and we’ve been focused on stability there. I’m sorry you ran into the issues there, if you’re able to give us another try that would be great (and let us know if you’re still having issues) but understand if you have another solution in place already
Great app - useful for other health issues
this is great and easy to use. I’m actually using it to track symptoms for my own personal health issue that’s not cancer related
