توصل الرسالة باستلام الطلب وهو ما وصلني .. وتوصيلهم يأخذ وقت طويل جداً جداً .. ومافي اي طريقة للتواصل معهم … ما انصح بالتعامل مع خدمة التوصيل الي عندهم .

Completing order before picking it up
Unfortunately the order was completed in the app and ticked as “ready” and “picked” although I didn’t receive it which considered as non-transparency, in addition I couldn’t find support in the app in case I faced such issue.

The worst
Although I used to like this restaurant it’s self but their app is a disaster. I don’t know why come up with an up when they can manage basic services. I had to delete the app and re instal it more than once it kept on lagging and above all that they had bad customer service.
