Stopped getting notifications when app is not running.
When I first run the app to test few years ago it worked fine. Now the app won’t notify/ring unless it’s running and iPhone unlocked.
App notifications don’t work
I was able to setup the bell, unfortunate I never get notifications. The bell doesn’t serve it’s purpose as a result. Customer support website doesn’t work either.

Not answering from lock screen nor notifications. Only useful if you know someone is on the door = pretty useless ...

Rubbish, don't waste your money, no way of answering a call from a locked screen, complete waste of time.
