Most crashed app I have ever seen
Useless and you cannot even complete single task on it. Uninstalled immediately after few hours

Unstable, unreliable and freezes all the time.

App keeps freezing every time you select something… sometimes you are unable to select anything even after refreshing the app…
Adding card not working
I add card and said that will revert back the amount, now the card didnt add and the app is horrible .. no help center to or customer service available to resolve issues like this. Such a waste of time adnoc is much better ..

Your VIP Account not showing for top up >Visited Oud Metha > Did forget password > correct password says incorrect > you are a such big company and pathetic Tech , because of this I’m sure lot of customers you gonna loose including us Thank you
Failed execution
While I really like the idea of managing payments through app, 9/10 times it does not work for wide range of reasons. Lately it has started to hang mobiles where i had to force restart the phone. Secondly it hangs the kiosk at fuel station as well ending bad customer experience, inefficient fuel pump and more waiting time.

Login doesnt work
Its broken. Not able to login. Password reset does not solve issue. Not expected behavior. Its a pity that the company cannot even afford to fix this.
Auto Top Up Not Working
I setup my auto topup to kick in if the remaining balance is below 150aed. It worked the first (and i think the 2nd time). But the next ones are not. The auto topup function didnt kicked in until my balance drained to zero!
Now i manually (again) topup my account.
I dont see the purpose of having an auto topup feature anymore…

ENOC Pay falls short of expectations. The app frequently malfunctions, making it frustrating to use. Issues like server downtime during VIP recharge attempts are particularly problematic. Urgent improvements are needed from the development team to enhance the user experience.
Always shows ERROR for sign on
ENOC needs to get all the bugs fixed on ENOC app … I am a VIP customer and it’s not embarrassing the number of times this app has shown ERROR messages during signing in but same time I am able to easily login on ENOC pay website … SOMEBODY at ENOC needs to WAKE UP and fix the bugs in this app

Whoever developed this app did a sub par job, like most apps in dubai - nothing works, nothing is responsive. Decades behind the real world and mobile app integrations. 1 star, deleted.

Worst app and worst developer… always crash at pump and waste out time there.. once you try with your app, then it’s will not show any fueling or transactions, also payment showing processing in petrol machine for long time

Does what it promises, Apple Pay or card payment done while you are in your car. Fast, reliable and convenient.
Hardly ever works
The idea is great. I have used it many times over the past few years. The issue is that it very frequently doesn’t work. It’s so frustrating when it doesn’t. Every update I think messes it up. Have to delete and reinstall for it to work again and with that you lose all your previous records. It used to be great when it worked well.
