Doesn’t work
Never finds the recliner via Bluetooth and app ceases up on a never ending scan. Nothing about the app works.

The app will not connect and locate my furniture. So VERY disappointed! Doesn’t even deserve one star!
Can’t connect to new chair
It will not connect to my new chair. I tried deleting app, turned battery on and off, but it won’t connect

Doesn’t seem to be working with E10
I have tried connecting to the e10 battery but it doesn’t seem to be working. I have let it scan for more than a minute tried power cycling the battery and restarting the app. Not a major loss as things still fully operate but definitely is a poor customer experience.
App crashes
App works great to lay my chair now. But when I try to sit up it crashes...waste of $140

Controlling my furniture from a touch of a button. So cool! App works perfectly and set up was easy. So fun to impress my friends and trick my daughters with my magical chair!
iOS 14
At first I thought the app wasn’t able to rinse the Bluetooth receiver when I updated, but it just took a while and it found it.
Doesn’t work with iPhone X or Google Pixel 3
My phone is running iOS 12.4.1 on an iPhone X. My husband is running Android 10 on his Pixel 3. Can’t locate any of the 6 modules we bought for our living room furniture. Not worth the $600+ we spent on this technology.
