Good Luck when there’s a content issue
The Enquirer app works fine. No problems with the app. HOWEVER, when the publisher is to load content for consumption by the paid subscribers, there have been several occasions when either no content or the wrong content (like a different publication all together) is loaded. When this happens and you reach out for support the problem is tossed around like a live grenade to various support desks with no one willing to take ownership or fix the issue. I’m currently on day 5 of the “hot potato juggling exhibition” with no new issue from last week. But FWIW, the app does display the wrong content just fine….

Joke of an App
Every new issue doesn't download. Not on any of my devices. I've battled to get it to download every time. I have had a subscription for a while.

I love the Enquirer but the online is terrible. I get Star online and it is fabulous- then I read online Enquirer and its horrible. I feel cheated by ENQUIRER, it’s not fun to read. Star is colorful, it tracks the magazine and that’s what we want. Dump whoever chose this horrible format - I’ll probably let my subscription of Enquirer go its so bad - even the index awful. Enquirer better wise up and change before they lose everyone. As I go page to page I feel like I’m only getting a summary and I hate the vertical thing. JUST make online like the magazine- like Star.

Wish I could cancel
I’m not happy with this format would rather buy paper version but it will not allow me to cancel my prescription. Besides canceling my credit card but it hooked up to my account so upset. Do not bother with this it’s not worth the money and I’m stuck paying every month

Please return to the periodical style option. This site is now just like ant other free website, except we are paying for it. The fun of reading the Enquirer was flipping thru the pages, jumping among articles and seeing the pictures, not this sterile website that is so boring!

Not sure about others, but for me - I really enjoyed the previous, more magazine-like Version; I just don't like the layout, now it's just like reading any other website....which I can do for free.....giving it a few more issues before I cancel in the hopes that other readers feel the same way & format reverts back.....otherwise, I'm OUT!!

I've been a huge fan of the National Enquirer for years, but I never liked the iPad app, until now. This is so great to read it like this.

I'm so happy I no longer have to go to the supermarket to pick up my copy each week (and my impulse-buy gallon of ice cream). I'm going to lose 10 lbs. now and get the most-accurate reporting out there on my phone!

Heed the warnings! Paid subscriptions don't work!
Monthly or yearly subscriptions still don't work. They ask for $3.99 for each issue. Go online and see all of the users having this problem. Stay away from this app.
Slow An Painful New App - No way to Renew!!!!
The previous NEQ app was great. This is the worst app since changing the last year. Painfully slow.
I don't like auto renewal. So I turn it off by default. My subscription ended on March, but there is no way to buy a full subscription on this app. It's still says I have a valid subscription but asks for 3.99 for every issue. Can't purchase the year for 109 like all other magazine apps.

the actual magazine isn'tAny different from the print version, but the tweeting and Facebook features are so cool. i recommend it to everyone who likes national enquirer!
