Wo ist die „faster than expected“ Funktion hin?
Grundsätzlich coole App, um trockene Autofahrten zu einer Challenge zu machen. Was ich jedoch vermisse ist die „faster than expected“ Funktion, die einem angezeigt hat, wie viel schneller man am Ziel war als erwartet. Das war für mich eines der Highlights der App.
Neuer Name, Neues Abo?!?
Wie kanns denn sein dass nach dem umbenennen der App auf einmal ein neues Abo abgeschlossen werden muss?
Ich hatte vor einem Monat ein Jahres Abo abgeschlossen und soll jetzt wieder eins Abschließen?

Ever since the new update I lost my pro status even though I paid for a year

Ich hatte bereits die alte App und hatte mir lebenslänglich eine mitgliedschaft gekauft. Jetzt wo das Update da ist ist dies erloschen und ich muss monatlich/jährlich bezahlen. Irgendwie sinnlos. Ich habe die App gelöscht weil ich da garkein Bock drauf habe. Die alte App war gut. Die neue kann ich leider nicht bewerten da ich mir das Abo sicherlich nicht nochmal kaufen werde.

The snowflakes have taken all the good features of why I actually got it in the first place, 0-60 and the leaderboards it’s all ruined

After the rebrand, everything transferred as promised but now auto-record feature won’t turn off and stay off
Improvement idea for clubs
I love the app but I wish I could invite people local to me without having to know them personally and I wish I could see all the ranks of the people in my location to see exactly how many people are using the app. I live on Kauai and it looks like only three or four people are using it here and I’d like to be able to invite them to my club

Since the new update and name change I can’t see my previous trips which was the highlight of the app as I have some insane trips on there..

Antes de atualizar tudo tava funcionando perfeitamente até recomendo mesmo tendo q pagar, porém depois q atualizou eu não consegui entrar no meu perfil pois toda vez q eu entrei o app fechava sozinho
Então desinstalei e instalei denovo e agora não consigo conectar a minha conta Apple
Mandei vários email mas não tive retorno, cancelei minha assinatura pois não vou pagar algo q não consigo usar
Se resolverem e me darem o desconto novamente válido por um ano pois é oq eu já tinha eu assino denovo

Pay for pro? We change the name so you must again.
I paid for TripRank Pro, full stats, showing everything I wanted. Suddenly my app has a different icon, new name, and despite my App Store showing I still have my subscription, Enroad won’t let me use my subscription I paid for. Asking for me to pay again for the exact thing I already purchased.
Maybe this will be resolved, in which case I’ll update this, but the app underperforms, and now, seems more like a cash and Data grab.

Update duplicated my account and deleted progress
Before one of the newer updates I used this app because I enjoyed taking over territories and was making significant progress, but the new update has deleted ALL my progress and made a separate account and made it so I can’t log out and login to my 1st account. This is very frustrating and hope it gets resolved soon as I will no longer be using the app.

I paid for the app
Now that Triprank is Enroad some of my features are no longer available, I paid over 40$ for the yearly subscription.

The app used to be called something different before the update then they updated it, which was nice pretty much the same as the last it looked but better things, and I had a subscription for a full year still going and I checked my app today, it reset everything and removed my subscription! Fix this please my subscription was good till 2027 of may.

Was great when I first got it got the year premium so I could see everything now I have to pay another subscription to see everything after already getting the year worth of the original I will be canceling feels like it just got more money grabby now I can’t see my speed or my trips or turns or anything that was on my original subscription STUPID AF

Forcing me to re-pay my premium membership
Ridiculous that you change your app and force active premium accounts to reset - forcing them to pay annual premium again. Should at least have been informed or something.

Absolutely outrageous. You get the 75% discount when you log on. The app was called Trip Rank when i paid for the year which was around 4 weeks ago and now the app updated and it’s called Enroad and even though i already paid for the year, now I’m back on the basic free plan.

Update
This app was amazing at first. After paying for the yearly subscription they decided to update the app and rename it causing me to lose my yearly subscription and want me to pay for it all over again. Highly disappointed and not satisfied
