Errors Error 500
Everytime I try to submit a test I get Errors Error 500, I have tried to restarting the app to no avail and it caused me to miss 2 sobriety tests at this point

Ever since the new update came out I can no longer use shadow track because I have an older phone and it will not let me update it because of the phone being older will it violate my probation because the whole app won’t work on my phone now??
Amazing
I’m not sure how anyone who’s had to use this app can give it anything other than 5 stars. Yes it will track your location and invade your privacy but it’s infinitely better than the alternative. My only wish is that it showed you whether or not you were in compliance and the percent of completion so that you could track your progress. Overall this is an amazing tool and I’m very grateful for the technology.

The app developers answer that they don’t track you everywhere but then say they do the next sentence just worded differently. Then the first thing they have you do is “agree to the terms “ as the same time they lock in your voice recognition for they’re software. They lie so automatically assume they looking through everything else…

Amazing
I honestly was quite skeptical about this at first by reading all the reviews but I can speak from experience that this was by far the best home confinement monitoring company. Very user friendly and customer service is on par with the fast responses if you have questions and concerns. I hope to never be in this situation again but if so I’ll definitely be back thank you guys for all your help!!!

Drug Test Option
I’m about to have to turn myself in because I’m told I missed days I was supposed to check in for drug testing. I wasn’t hiding anything from my PO, was honest about my treatment plan and started to really turn a corner. But because the app said I wasn’t required to check in when I was I’ve now been asked to turn my self in, I would click the tab every day and eventually they just removed it.

Privacy
Can my probation officer look at any of the apps or things I use on my phone? Such as pictures? Of family etc,? Or apps I use? Or what I search on the web? Because that’s important. I have a lot of personal information for my business and clients and they need to not have access to that.
Tools not enabled
All the tools won’t allow me to use it and only says “this service has not been enabled” does my Probation Offer need to authorize the tools to be able to use it?

Opinion
I just think it’s crazy that I’ve been doing good all this time went from checking in once a month to every three months now I’m being monitored and tracked at all times and on top of that I have to check in through my phone every month.To me this is a major step back and I haven’t even done nothing

Notifications sounds are on for this app, but the sound never goes off i always have to check.. I just checked the app last night to see if I had a notification and realized they logged me out..
Probation Officer Never Checks
After a couple of years of my partners criminal behavior I was hopeful when they received monitored probation, hoping they would be held accountable for their future actions, This app probably works if it’s being monitored by the probation officers etc. that are using them, but in my location it’s a joke because my partner isn’t taking the app serious, they often leave the state, only turn their phone on when they need to make a call because their location is being tracked, and it’s been months of this with no repercussions, no one has picked up on this and I’m frustrated because I want my partner to be held accountable! I’ve never seen someone get away with so much in my life and it seems like they are slipping through the cracks.
