This system has caused me in ordinate amount of frustration! The first time I had it, I could not get my contact list uploaded. I was on the phone with their tech-support and DoTERRA for literally HOURS trying to get it done, without success. Then after I did succeed two years later, they don’t have any texting available. Also, when I am trying to send out personally constructed email, If I go back to insert a photo, the entire email disappears and it must be reconstructed. I’ve only succeeded once in sending an email and that was with an inordinate amount of help from Lora Jacobs personal secretary, who is phenomenal. But how many times is that gonna happen?

Sorry to hear about your frustration. The texting industry has changed a lot over the past year. As we have adapted we have created a new subscription that includes texting. You can request it now from EnrollPro Support via email, and it will soon be available to everyone from the Account Plan page as well. The issue you are having with losing your email when inserting an image is unusual. Typically the message persists. You may be trying to add the image with out using the Media Manager which allows you to create a library of your own content. You can reach out to premium@enroll.pro and request a Zoom session where our support agents will help teach you how to make it work.

Can’t even log in

This app is a great idea but needs to be updated. Can’t even go past sign in, wont let me tap on google sign in.

Lousy! I want a refund!

This states it has automated responses from the library but it doesn’t automatically do anything! In fact there are some topics that you click on & there is absolutely nothing there! I definitely want my money back!

Our Marketing library contains over 1,000 marketing templates with accompanying messages and graphics. You can customize and save your own versions. Because of the vastness of the marketing section, sometimes categories have been updated and left empty. It is an evolving system that is currently in good shape. You are correct in saying the system is not automated. You decide what and when to send items. However, there are some features that could be classified as automated, like drip campaigns. You can create a series of eight emails, or use pre-made content, and send it automatically over what ever time period you choose. For example, one every week. You must send the drip, but each day is sent automatically after that. If you take a closer look, you'll find great value.

Won’t import my contacts

Don’t waste your money. Terrible application with no support. No updates in over a year.

Contacts

Its a great idea but it took me quite a bit of time to select the contacts i wanted to import, only to realise i was able to import ONE because I needed NAME AND SURNAME!
It would be great if the app could allow us to import the contacts as WE want and as we have them.
If i were to import each one now the only option is to manually import them one by one with a name and last name

Frustrated just by the contact import...

After just trying import my contacts, which took over 3 hours because I had to keep selecting the same names when they wouldn’t successfully show up, plus the contacts list kept glitching out so at times it wouldn’t scroll up and show me all of my contacts unless I exited and then went back into contact... I am seriously reconsidering using this app due to time, having to do everything multiple times before it sticks, and not sure I can trust it.

Wonderful content! Great follow up tool

Love being able to quickly share beautiful with prospects, customers, etc. Having everyone organized in one place streamlines this process and allows me to use my time wisely.

Won’t let me sync my contact list😩

Downloaded free version yesterday. This app is a great idea, has such potential, and looks like it will be helpful keeping track of prospects.
BUT I have tried multiple times to sync my contact list but app crashes each time. Such a pain to enter each name....time consuming and headache producing to do by hand.☹️☹️☹️

Great idea, clunky app

The idea for this app is out of this world! However, it crashed a few times before I even got started. I finally got going and there were quite a few glitches. Would love to see this app at its fullest potential.

I invested in the Premium version after testing out the free version. I am so excited to use this app and it has already been a HUGE help after less than a month! Powerful CRM designed specifically for my business

I don’t do well with paper and pen to manage my contacts. With my tech background I could have purchased another CRM tool (that would have needed a lot of customization)to manage my doTERRA business contacts. Instead I saved my time and went with the simple process of setting up my contacts in Enrollpro! Enrollpro is designed for my business and uses all the terminology that we use in doTERRA. I can easily move my prospects through PIPES. Love it! And the marketing tools - all the promos are right there for me. Such a timesaver. And when I have had a question- prompt response. The price is right too.
