App will not open. Sometimes try 20-30 times and it will finally open. This is ridiculous. 11/22/2024:
iPhone updated to 18.1.1. Now the app will not open at all. Crashes instantly.
6/24 Takes 2-3 tries to get app to actually open. Click, crash…click, crash…

For some strange reason your app switches to Chinese language and that’s really annoying and a little suspicious. Fix that asap

Terrible
Updated the app yesterday — phone is up to date — suddenly the playback function does not work. Says it’s “not available” on every camera. No way to get in touch with them either.
