Not working
Playbacks are not working. It takes forever to load and will just give an error. Ridiculous. Fix this.
Update now has a lag
I’ve used this app for 4 years. It’s been easy to use and does the job to view my cameras. The recent update is very nice, but there is now a 5 second lag when you tap on the camera icon to view. Before it was instant, now it’s slow to open the camera icon, and makes quickly viewing your cameras impossible.

The camera will stay frozen until you look at it on the ago so it’s not a lot of surveillance that’s happening.
Works well over mobile
Works well over mobile without glitching and pausing. Our internet for the premise is not great - 15mbps - and still no lag in playback!
“Encryption code”
It keeps asking for encryption code when trying to view my cameras and can’t connect them on my phone at all

I am having fun while enjoying my newly installed home security cameras. The ease of use is a very simple plug and play. It also allows me to view my home from anywhere in the world. I had the Blue-Iris software with yearly $69.95 user fee before switching to yours simply because yours is so user friendly. I have referred and told some of my good friends about your program.
