Great app! But a few issues…
The ensemble app has made being a performer at CMTSJ so much easier! With the major new update, however, it comes with some bugs and issues. Every time I open the app, it will kick me out of shows. And what I mean is one day I’ll be in a show page for say Fiddler on the Roof, but the next it will say I need to ask to join or my request to join is in approval. This is a little annoying, as it will take me out of shows I am in and will miss important information.

This is truly an exceptional app. from the sleek, patented design and layout that gently lulls you into theatre paradise, to the array of tools one has to enhance their show experience right at your fingertips, its truly a sight to behold. ive deleted every other app on my phone except for this one.

Lovely and perfect helped so much!! I am able to keep track of my girls, Veronica and Brittany, their rehearsals and call times and communication with other parents, share photos of my girls with their cast mates and more!! Wonderful app.
True game changer!
This app keeps me organized like no other before! Schedules, cast info and rehearsal notes in one place thats fast east and reliable. Wish all my kids activities has an app like this!
Easy to setup and great for backstage team!
It’s so helpful to have production communication and scheduling all in one place. We don’t have to bounce back and forth from email and FB groups and hope the actors and crew get the message and show up on time! Super easy setup also!

Wow! Just…wow. This app is really amazing. It’s so much easier to use than Facebook and I like how it’s specialized for theater, making it much easier to access rehearsal videos and then calendar. My life will never be the same and I keep wondering what genius developed this??? Thank you for creating this amazing app!!!

Best theater communication app!
It’s amazing to finally have an app that meets the specific needs of our theater community! We use it for all theater communications - to send announcements, post relevant material such as callback songs and audition dances, and all the relevant information we need to facilitate our shows. This is the only app our theater will be using from now on, highly recommended!

Best Theater App Ever!
The app is so perfect for theater organizations. I prefer my experience using Curtains Call for my last musical versus using Facebook groups or any other similar service. It’s really a one of a kind fantastic app.

Like the thought of having an app separate from social media, but improvements could definitely be made. It’s not super user friendly as you can’t select the show you are a part of- every time I want to go to the page, I have to scroll to find my show and see the page. It would be nice if subscribing to the show’s group meant only its information showed, or if there was a way to “pin” a show. There’s also no comment feature like in Facebook or easy way to communicate with others in the group without needing to search for contact info in the phone rosters.

curtains call is so much better than the facebook groups because kids who don’t have facebook can now get information about their show easier!! i like that now i can access links like the hair and makeup document and see rehearsal changes.

A Christmas Carol
I used this app for A Christmas Carol with CMT and found it very useful. It allows me to get information without needing to go on any social media and keep updated with all notifications of the show. Everything from rehearsal times to the cast list to cast party info. It was all in an easy place to find.
