Enso Heart app lets you listen to your heartbeat in real time as a powerful biofeedback experience, especially pleasant and relaxing when paired with guided meditations. To hear your heartbeat, you need to first connect a heartbeat sensor. You can use: - Your phone built-in microphone: gently press the bottom of your phone (where the mic is) against your skin near the heart to pick up heart sounds - Polar H10 (ECG converted into an audible heartbeat rhythm; requires Bluetooth) - A digital stethoscope (audio input): works best with stethoscopes that appear as a microphone input and let you listen through separate headphones (or via a splitter/adapter) For the clearest heartbeat audio and to avoid mic/speaker interference, use headphones. During setup, the app may ask for Bluetooth and microphone permissions depending on your chosen input. On some devices and OS versions, it may also request notification permission so the app can keep working on the locked screen. Note: Enso Heart is for wellness and biofeedback only.
